Catch Weight Purchases Explained

Some products are sold by individual item (each) but priced by the kg. Because we are dealing with a natural product we cannot always predict their exact weight, therefore the price will vary, usually by a few pence, between orders.

When you order a catch weight product from us the price indicated per product is based on average weight. Before we despatch your order we will weigh it and calculate the actual price based on the price per Kg. The amount debited from your card will be this value based on weight.

Therefore the price for catch weight products in the shopping card should only be taken as a guide price. The price charged may differ from this but will normally be within 10% either way of the indicated value.
