Whisky & Ginger Salmon

A variation on Gravlax - this Salmon is cured in Whiskey & Ginger with a little Sechuan pepper and Soy sauce. This gives it a subtle 'Whiskey Mac' flavour without overpowering the delicate flavour of the Salmon.
