Cley Smokehouse Patés are famous in the area. Created from our own recipes and using only high quality ingredients with fish from our own smokehouse.

Smoked Salmon Pate

Made from our own smoked salmon, lemons, butter, herbs & spices.

Made from our own smoked mackerel fillets with garlic butter, herbs & spices. Delicious on hot toast or in sandwiches.

Kipper Pate

Another simple pate where the fish is cooked to bring out the smoky flavour. It is then blended with herbs and spices to our own recipe. Delicious!
